Professional Bio
Arielle “Ari” Antwine (she, her) is a Sex Educator, Podcaster,Coach, Dance Instructor & Choreographer, Burlesque Artist, and world-traveling Showgirl! She prefers the title Sensual Educator & Facilitator to encompass her work.
As a survivor of sexual trauma and a Black Queer Femme, Ari did not see herself (or these intersectional identities) represented on burlesque stages, in popular sex & relationship podcasts, or in the sex educator space. Which she thinks is bullshit. So she made her own way with accessible, educational, sensually-centered content. Like the SensuElle Podcast; where Ari interviews fellow sensualists, educators, and creatives about how sensuality is integral to their life, work, and joy.
Ari’s mission is to empower people to heal themselves by building sensual resilience.
She uses her background as an award-winning burlesque performer , E-RYT yoga instructor, and choreographer to craft one-of-a-kind workshop experiences and live events that build communities of sensually-empowered bad asses.
Recognizing the need for sensual connection, exploration, and release in everyone, Ari created SensuElle Yoga; a blend of burlesque + yoga meant to explore femme energy — all in one workshop. She began developing and teaching SensuElle Yoga in 2017 and hasn't stopped sharing this transformative method of healing since! See Ari’s class schedule.
In her day-to-day, Ari is a Queer Sexual Health professional, dog-mom, Drag Race superfan, foodie, museum wanderer, and travel-lover.
